Investment decisions involve risk and are best made with the guidance of a qualified financial professional. Trading securities, commodities, and other investments carries substantial risk of loss. "Day Trading" is particularly high-risk and may lead to significant financial loss. Consult a qualified financial professional before undertaking any trading program to determine its suitability for your financial situation and risk tolerance.

THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS AN OFFER OR SOLICITATION FOR ANY TRANSACTION. USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO SEEK PROFESSIONAL FINANCIAL ADVICE TAILORED TO THEIR INDIVIDUAL CIRCUMSTANCES BEFORE MAKING ANY INVESTMENT DECISIONS.
TRADING IN SECURITIES AND OTHER INVESTMENTS CARRIES SUBSTANTIAL RISKS. YOUR DECISIONS SHOULD BE MADE WITH GUIDANCE FROM QUALIFIED FINANCIAL ADVISORS, CONSIDERING THE USER'S FINANCIAL HEALTH AND RISK TOLERANCE. SQUADRON TECHNOLOGIES LTD WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM INVESTMENT DECISIONS OR TRADING ACTIVITY BASED ON INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM MARKETALPHA. ADDITIONALLY, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DELAYS WHEN YOU ACCESS MARKETALPHA, ARE UNABLE TO USE IT, OR HAVE ANY TRANSMISSION ERRORS.
MarketAlpha may present hypothetical performance outcomes, which come with inherent limitations. These limitations often include being designed with the benefit of hindsight and not accounting for financial risks in real-time trading. It is crucial to recognize the potential difference between hypothetical and real-time results. Users should be aware of these limitations, exercise caution and critically assess the relevance and reliability of these hypothetical results when making investment decisions. Squadron Technologies Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from trading or investment activities based on information received through MarketAlpha or our services.
MarketAlpha may present long and short trade strategies, including associated risk-reward assessments, generated by its proprietary algorithmic analysis engine. These outputs are based on data-driven models that process technical and fundamental inputs to determine the most statistically probable market outcomes. The resulting strategies and visuals—such as entry/exit zones, support/resistance levels, trendlines, and probability-based setups—are designed to assist users in understanding market dynamics, not to serve as investment advice or recommendations. These tools are intended solely for informational and educational purposes. They are not personalized, financial, or trading advice, and must not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance or instructions to act. All content is algorithmically generated and does not consider your personal financial situation, investment objectives, or risk tolerance. Users should understand that hypothetical strategy models and risk/reward projections come with significant limitations, including reliance on historical data and assumptions made with the benefit of hindsight. These models do not account for factors like liquidity, market volatility, execution slippage, or psychological behavior under real-world trading conditions. By using these tools, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for evaluating their relevance and reliability and for all decisions based on your independent judgment or consultation with a regulated financial advisor. Squadron Technologies Ltd disclaims all liability for any losses or damages arising from the use or interpretation of MarketAlpha's strategy models, risk assessments, or any related outputs. These features are not a substitute for professional investment guidance.

All price, volume, and fundamental data displayed on MarketAlpha is sourced directly from Financial Modeling Prep (FMP). MarketAlpha employs a proprietary process to derive additional metrics, but End Users are permitted to derive their own metrics or insights based on this data for personal or internal business use. Redistribution of these derived works, data extracts (e.g., .csv formats), or public sharing (e.g., images of the platform containing FMP data) is subject to compliance with the terms of agreements with third-party data providers such as FMP.
MarketAlpha respects the integrity of FMP's data. MarketAlpha employs a proprietary process to derive additional metrics based on this market data from FMP. The data undergoes a two-step process within MarketAlpha's proprietary engine to generate these metrics, which are then further processed by our proprietary price engine. Data from FMP and the proprietary metrics generated by MarketAlpha are displayed on the platform. These metrics, including projections, are produced using MarketAlpha's proprietary algorithmic engines and are protected against reverse engineering.
MarketAlpha retains exclusive proprietary rights over its content, services, and any associated information. You acknowledge and agree that MarketAlpha's services and any necessary software used in connection with those services ("Software") contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. This limitation of liability applies to both direct and indirect actions or omissions resulting from the use of MarketAlpha.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the liability of Squadron Technologies Ltd shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Squadron Technologies Ltd, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to your use of MarketAlpha services, violation of these Terms of Use, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

(2) The service is billed in advance and renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. (5) If you cancel before the end of your current billing cycle, your subscription will remain active until the next due date. No refunds will be issued for unused time. If no payment is received after the due date, your subscription will be terminated automatically. (6) Refunds and Cancellations
(7) EU and UK Customers: In accordance with EU and UK consumer protection laws, you may have the right to withdraw from digital service purchases within 14 days of the transaction unless service begins immediately. By subscribing to MarketAlpha and accessing any paid feature, you acknowledge that service delivery begins immediately and you expressly waive your statutory right to the 14-day withdrawal period.
(8) Users who initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider will no longer be eligible for refunds under any circumstance. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or restrict access to the account while the dispute is being reviewed. Repeated or abusive disputes may result in permanent account termination.

(10) Squadron Technologies Ltd may use authorized third-party processors or local subsidiaries to manage billing transactions in your region.
Users subscribed to the Annual Plan are entitled to enhanced support benefits, which include access to MarketAlpha's custom metric and profile request service. Each subscription year (or each active annual billing cycle) includes one (1) custom metric and one (1) custom screener profile, free of charge. These entitlements do not roll over or accumulate if unused.
A custom metric refers to a user-defined calculation or indicator similar in format and function to those found in the columns and filters of the Ticker Screener or Group Screener (e.g., technical signals, derived ratios, composite metrics). A custom profile refers to a screener configuration or layout designed in collaboration with the MarketAlpha team to address a user's unique strategy, workflow, or analytical needs.
Custom metrics developed under this program may be made accessible to all users of the platform at the discretion of MarketAlpha. Custom profiles will be delivered as private, shareable links, accessible only to the requesting user and any parties they choose to share them with. These profiles will not appear in the public library unless the user consents.
Users may request additional custom metrics or profiles beyond the included ones; however, such requests are subject to approval by the MarketAlpha team and may incur additional charges, or be offered free of charge, entirely at our discretion. MarketAlpha reserves the right to reject, defer, or restructure any request deemed too complex, outside platform scope, or impractical due to time or resource constraints.
Our team will work closely with users to clarify goals and suggest feasible solutions. However, no guaranteed delivery timeline or Service Level Agreement (SLA) is provided for custom work. All custom outputs are created on a best-effort basis, subject to internal capacity and prioritization.
All custom metrics and profiles created under this service remain the intellectual property of Squadron Technologies Ltd. MarketAlpha may reuse, improve, or incorporate them into the broader platform without restriction. Users are prohibited from reselling, sublicensing, or distributing custom deliverables without prior written approval.
